at the University of
Minnesota School of Nursing. The program started in
September 1998 and will be through in May 2000.
Currently, I have finished working on the analysis stage
of my research and now I am writing my Masters
thesis. The topic is: Teachers and Students Perceptions
of the Characteristics of the Effective Clinical Teacher
in the Gaza Strip. You can read the Abstract of my research.

1997-1998 held in cooperation between the Palestinian
ministry of health, Al-Quds University, and Medical Aid
for Palestinians (MAP-UK).
In-service
Education coordinator at Shifa Hospital between
1995-1997. This position was voluntary and included
various educational activities and workshops within the
hospital setting. These activities aimed at improving the
quality of nursing care at Shifa Hospital in Gaza.

I
have good experience with computers (both PC and Macs)
and deal with them comfortably. I use Windows98 in my
personal computer.

programs, such as Epi-Info and SPSS.
